Boating is only the beginning of what makes Columbia River Yacht Club (CRYC) a special place for you and your family. This Club is about having fun. Whether it be one of our ten annual cruises, a dinner dance, a Thursday Night Men’s Dinner, or even just a Saturday lunch, there us always something to do and fun to be had at CRYC. You are welcome to be as involved as you want to be. Our member volunteers work together to plan the events, participate in the entertainment, and slap on an apron to barbeque some steaks. No matter your age or the size of your boat, when you come through the Club gates, you are just a fellow boater enjoying all that the Club has to offer.

CRYC is unique in many ways. All of our moorage spaces are enclosed and exclusively for individual, member-owned, boathouses. CRYC members may purchase water use rights. Besides keeping monthly moorage fees minimal, this establishes a tangible asset for each member owner. The following amenities are offered to enhance your boating experience.

Joining The Club...
As a private Club, membership application is initiated by sponsorship from an existing CRYC member along with two additional member co-sponsors. It’s easy to recognize and meet our Club members out on the river because we all proudly fly our trademark yellow and blue burgee. Many Portland boat dealers are CRYC members. They can introduce you to us and us to you. In all, membership process takes approximately 45 days which allows time for you to attend a number of Club events and get acquainted.
